He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Russell and Caroline Russell (Reed); and his brother Jody Reed. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Scott Russell, Jr. of Montpelier; and his siblings, Janet Trombley of Northfield, Jerry Russell (Elaine) of Marshfield and James Trombley of California.
