She was predeceased by : her grandson Aidan. She is survived by : her husband Ted Boelens; her children, Scott Boelens (Elaine) of Virginia, Erik Boelens (Mona) of Illinois and Kelly Boelens of Vergennes; her grandchildren, Laura, Noah, Anneke, Ethan and Eli; and her siblings, John DeGraaf (Elisabeth), Robert DeGraaf (Joan), Charlie DeGraaf (Vickie), Gerrit DeGraaf (June), Martha Gosliga (Bert) and Harold DeGraaf (Anje).

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to her beloved Champlain Valley Christian School, 2 Church Street, Vergennes, VT 05491.
