She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Thomas Yates and Ellen Yates (Overton); her husband Leon "Shorty" Barr; her daughter Karen; her friend Joan; her children, Elaine Wood (Brian) of Ludlow, Julie Barr (John Predom) of Island Pond, VT and Tom Barr of Proctorsville, VT; and her grandchildren, Heidi, Chad, Melanie, Zachary, Josh, Austin, Hunter, Emily and Dylan. She was also cherished by many great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
