He was predeceased by : his brother Timothy King; and his pets, Colby and Logan. He is survived by : his parents, Alton Wesley King of Putney, VT and Donna Lee Martin King of Tryon, NC.; his close friend Lee Bullis; his children, Autumn King of Reno, NV and Lauren King of Smithfield, VA; his siblings, Denise Carlton (Adam Carlton), Moorpark and Tammy Scott (Brent); and his pets, Layla and Charlie. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
