He is survived by : his mother Lisa Miller; his stepfather Rick Miller; his grandmother Patricia Hooker; his sister Stacy Olmstead; his brother-in-law Scott Olmstead; his nieces, Hayleigh and Arvilla; his nephew Damien; his stepsister Lizzy Fleming; and his aunts and uncles, Ed Dodge, Ricky Dodge, Harold Hooker, Christina Olmstead, Brandie Porter and Laura Farrington.
