She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert F. Bover and Mary V. Bover (Dorman). She is survived by : her husband Niles V. Cheney; her daughter Stacey Nicholas (Jody); her grandchild Zack; her stepsons, Jeffrey Cheney and Todd Cheney (Pin); her stepgrandchildren, Annie, Tisha and Nathan; and her siblings, Greg Bover (Maureen) and Jayne Morin (Mike). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and treasured friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Sherril's name to the Kimball Public Library at kimballlibrary.org.
