He was predeceased by: his parents, Weven Oren and Mildred Sprague (Hill); his stepmother Shirley LaPorte; and his former wife Donna Jean Sprague. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy of Rutland Town; his son Chad Blair of Shrewsbury; his stepdaughter Carrie Gibbs of Poultney; his siblings, Colleen Gardner of Rutland and Ronald Sprague of Brandon; his stepfather Don LaPorte of Leicester; and his grandchildren, Spencer and Erma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
