He was predeceased by: his father Raymond P Manning, Sr.; his sisters, Karen and Deborah; his grandparents, Simon Peter Manning, Mildred Manning (Wade), Harriet (Barrows) and Clayton Cash; and his nephew Samuel Shackett.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Manning (Cash) of Hartford, NY; and his sister Ronda Manning of Whitehall, NY. He is also survived by niece and a great niece and nephew; aunts, uncles and several cousins.
