He is survived by: his wife Judith Sambrook; his children, Kirsten Roberts (Robin) and Matthew Sambrook (Samantha); his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Jason, Jeremy Roberts, Abigial Cortina (James), Brandon Farrell, Isla, Jett and Emri Sambrook; and his brother Howard Sambrook (Marybeth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
