He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Fay and Patricia Racicot Fay; his son Robert Fay; his sister Evette Larrow; and his siblings-in-law, Ellen Fay, Maurice, Norman and Emmanuel (Val Leduc).
He is survived by: his wife Corinne Leduc; his children, Julie McLane (Robert), Mark Fay (Deborah), Andrea Leo (Kevin) and Aaron Fay (Michele); his grandchildren, Jeremy (Amanda), Jessica (Dave), Kylie (Charlie), Randall (Amber), Brandon (Amber), Austin (Kristy), Amber (AJ), Ashlie (Bryan), Nichole, Carter (Chrissy), Jacob and Calvin (Abbie); his great grandchildren, Lila, Charlotte, Autumn, Sophie, Owen, Nora, April, Alexander, Annie, Fallon, Zara and Fletcher; his siblings, Roger Fay Sr. and Claire Silman (Eric); and his siblings-in-law, Jared Larrow, Francis Leduc (Deborah), Jeannie Leduc and Mary Leduc.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Vibrant Church (2025 Williston Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403).
