She was predeceased by: her father Clifford Hebert. She is survived by: her mother A'Della Hebert (Ellis) of Williamstown; her significant other Ric Guazzoni; her children, Chris Longchamp (Carrie) of Barre, Mike Longchamp (Kayla) of Melbourne, FL and Katy Longchamp (Julianna) of Biddeford, ME; and her siblings, Tom (Janice Hebert), Andy Hebert of Plainfield, Gary (Maddy Hebert), Anne (Ed Malinowski), Donna (Tim Longchamp), Judy (John Hilferty) and John (Liz Hebert). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
