It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan I. Hanley (South Burlington, Vermont), born in New York, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse William Hanley; her siblings, Charles, Gertrude and Alan; her children, Matthew (Liz), Jane, Maureen (Paul), Christopher (Holly), Elizabeth (Frank), Joseph (Elena) and Kate (Brian); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Steven, Paul, Joseph, Meagan, Patrick, Bridget, Katie, Tyler, Carly, Kelsey, Amanda, Gretchen, Clara and Jorge. She is also survived by her 2 great-grandsons and many nieces and nephews.
