It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William A. Lawliss of South Burlington, Vermont, born in Barre, Vermont, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lionel Lawliss and Nellie Lawliss; and his brother Donald Lawliss. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Powell Lawliss (Maggie); his son Scott Lawliss; his daughters-in-law, Susan Kales (Brad Lawliss) of Mount Desert Island, Maine and Carrie Regan of Portland; his grandchildren-in-law, Catherine, Maya and James; and his sister Claire Lawliss Wilcox of Williston. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the All Souls Interfaith Gathering (291 Bostwick Farm Rd, Shelburne, VT 05482).
