He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Ramona "Mona" (Fisher); his parents, Gaius Blackmer and Winona Blackmer (Lamb); his sister Shirley Eldredge; his brother-in-law Glenn Eldredge; his niece Charlene (Eldredge); his nephew Paul Eldredge (Charlene); and his cousins, Alice Sturk (Blackmer) of Virginia and John S. Blackmer (Judy) of Shelburne, VT. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and second and third cousins.
