He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Nick Carter and Ruth Carter; his sibling Sherm; his close friend Waterbury; his significant other Ted Schultheis; his brother Taylor (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Vivian and Susan. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
