Therese V. Kapitan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Therese V. Kapitan of West Rutland, Vermont, who passed away on October 21, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gradziel and Mary Wilk Gradziel; her husband Charles Kapitan; her brothers, Henry, Charles and Joseph; and her niece Theresa.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Kapitan Marshall; her son-in-law Jeffrey of Georgia, VT; and her pet Tobie. She is also survived by several nephews and their children.
