He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his sons, Derek (Lauren) and Harrison of Hyde Park, MA.; his sister Kathi Faulkner (Tim) of Cuttingsville, VT.; and his sibling's children, Meghan Faulkner of Washington, D. C. and Brady Faulkner of Ludlow, VT..
