He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Collins and Mary Collins (Lampron); and his siblings, Lillian, Rita and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Petitti Collins; his children, Cindy Hazen, Kathryn Carr, Connie Hall (Barry), Suzanne Coons (John) and Conrad Collins (Shannon); his siblings, Evette Rayel and Armand Collins (Joan); and his pet Sugar. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
All who attend are asked to kindly wear a mask to see the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
