He is survived by: his parents, Frank B. and Christine Whitney (Lee); his wife Marilyn Whitney of Williston, VT; and his sons, Jim Whitney (Diana) of Waterbury, VT, Chris Whitney of Olympia, WA and Michael Whitney. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
