As we bid adieu to Frances' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Frances has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis E. Duling Sr. and Donna Duling (Hood); and his siblings, Chad, Jeffrey and Theresa Duling-Herb.
He is survived by: his nieces, Jessica and Nicole Duling; and his sister-in-law Patti Duling.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Knight Funeral Home - Windsor (65 Ascutney St, Windsor, VT 05089). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Cemetery (2-14 Enright Ave, Windsor, VT 05089).
