He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Salmi and Catherine Salmi (Burns); his daughter Kim Walior; and his sister Marilyn Cherry. He is survived by: his wife Patty Stein; his sons, Gregory Salmi (Kathy) of Monroe, WA and Glenn Salmi (Joan) of Edmonds, WA; his grandchildren, Monica, Travis, Nicole and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Ethan and Tyler.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests making a memorial donation to Grays Harbor Fire District #2, PAWS of Grays Harbor or the Aberdeen Elks.
