He is survived by : his significant other Tobie Lee Hedberg; his son Ron; his daughter-in-law Jill Knaack of Tacoma; his adoptive children, Chris and Trish Perrigo of Amanda Park; his grandchildren, Ashlyn "Squeezins", Arianna "Beans" Knaack, Hunter "Bentley" and Isabella "Boo" Perrigo; his siblings, Caroline Gordon (Basil) of Omak, Henry Knaack (Carrie) of Sumner and Elaine Knaack of Sumner; and his godsons, Payton "Bubba" Hedberg of Sumner and Marcus "Spud" Hedberg of San Diego. He is also survived by four nieces and nine nephews, as well as numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
