She was predeceased by : her parents, William Read and Arletta Read; her brothers, William and Jim Read; her husband Stephen Dunthorne; and her son Robert.

She is survived by : her son Peter Dunthorne (Susan); and her sister Elaine. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
