She was predeceased by: her parents, William Willingham and Lola Willingham. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Milligan (Staci) and Sean Milligan (Dianna); her grandchildren, Sofia, Ava, Isabelle, Tristan, Lily, Parker and Taylor; and her brothers, Brent Willingham (Beth), David Willingham (Myra) and Tom Willingham (Debi). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
