He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette "Jaye" Billings; and his daughter Janice Corsine. He is survived by: his children, Doug Billings of Longview, WA, Jacque Billings of Vancouver, WA, Jenell McCann of Vancouver, WA and Julie Falkenstein of Vancouver, WA.
