He was predeceased by : his wife Peggy. He is survived by : his children, Dwight Newman (Debbie) and Diane Thompson (John); and his grandchildren, Cory, Ryan Newman, Cyndi, Steven Thompson, Will Kinson and Kim Jones. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
