It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence F. Stephens Sr. (Bellingham, Washington), who passed away on March 5, 2018, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Harriette Briscoe Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Jeannette Stephens of Bellingham, WA and Clarence Stephens Jr. of Conesus; his grandchildren, Phil Stephens of Richmond, VA and Kitten Panthera of Amesbury, MA; his great grandchildren, Taylor Stephens, Maia Panthera, Destiny Grace and Hope Panthera; and his parents, Sam Stephens and Jeannette Moorhead Stephens. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
