She was predeceased by: her husband Odell; and her siblings, Madge, Mary Catherine, Eleanor and Samuel.

She is survived by: her sons, Samuel and Robert; her grandsons, Peter and Derek; and her son Sam. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and other relatives.

Her memory for song lyrics rarely faltered, even after developing Alzheimer's.
