It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Marilynn Phair Spencer (Bellingham, Washington), who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Richard "Butch" Spencer; her parents, Rosemary Scott Phair and Sidney Charles Phair Sr.; and her siblings, Sydney, Gerald, Wanda and Marcy Phair.

She is survived by : her son Maurice Allen Phair; and her siblings, Clarence, Sheila, Diane and Cynthia Phair. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
