He was predeceased by: his son Axl Markusen-Nieuwendorp; his mother Connie Nieuwendorp; his brother Troy Nieuwendorp; his grandmother Elaine Crabtree; and his aunt Billie Crabtree.
He is survived by: his children, Brock Nieuwendorp (Maddie), Amber Horn and Jesse Nieuwendorp; his grandchildren, Jordan Craig (Penina), Amanda Craig (Garrett), David Craig, Michael, Cooper, Melanie and Macie; his sister Mona Wilson (Gordy); his niece Amy Wilson (Ryan); his nephew Ryan Wilson (Bailey); his great-niece Olive Wilson; his uncle John Crabtree (Pam); his brother-in-law Tim Wilson; and his father Rich Nieuwendorp (Carol).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting for donations to be made to The Monte Nieuwendorp. Memorial Donation Fund to help with final expenses.
