She is survived by: her children, Derek Slagle and Audrey Roth; her sister Dorothy Peters; her boyfriend Ted Butenschoen; her grandchildren, Ashley, Kurt, Gabriella, Amanda and Katherine; and her great grandchildren, Lily and Sheila Rose. She is also survived by niece and nephews.
