She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Glen and Mary Constance (Faidley); her husband Dalton L. Powell; her brother James Constance; and her stepsister Dixie Vonderahe.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Powell of Minot, ND, Tom Powell (Tami) of Sedro Woolley and Ted Powell (Laurie) of Bellingham; her granddaughters, Laycee Powell and Shawna Powell; her great grandchild Ethan; her siblings, Linda Sams (Alan) of Ormond Beach, FL and Blaine Constance (Betsy) of Auburndale, FL; her sister-in-law Dana Constance of Lexington, OH; and also, Visiting Nurse and Lynden Manor. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
