It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ethel Dunlap (Blaine, Washington), born in Sumas, Washington, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Guy Caldwell and Ethel Caldwell (Mollard); her siblings, Frances Harris, Kenneth Caldwell and Blanche Rowe; her husband Dwayne Dunlap; and her children, Greg Dunlap (Eileen), Robin Marlowe (Bill), Dwayne Brick Dunlap (Amy) and Kip Dunlap (Marilyn). She was also cherished by her ten grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
