She was predeceased by: her parents, Ione Foss and Hjelmer "Jake" Foss; and her husband Ronald Belcher. She is survived by: her brothers, Dave and Doug Foss; her sons, Nathan Belcher (Jennifer) and Joel Belcher (Samantha); and her grandchildren, Eliana, Annabelle, Elias and Levi.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of the Resurrection (16300 112th Ave NE, Bothell, WA 98011). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
