Penney (Bow, Washington), born in Chewelah, Washington, who passed away on April 7, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Bonta Gentry and Lillian Pearl Penney (Wardell); his daughters, Heather Steele (Penney) of Bellingham and Megan Penney of Maple Falls; his grandsons, Zachary and Riley; his sister Gloria Wash (Penney); and his sisters-in-law, Susan Wood (Furness) and JoAnn Penney. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, grandsons.
