He was predeceased by: his father John Conijn. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Kaitlyn and Joel (Carly); his grandson Brady (Lauren); his mother Maria Conijn; his siblings, Lucinda (Tim), John (Angie) and Susanne (Bill); his parents-in-law, Jim and Marilyn Forbes; and also John. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law and their wives.
