He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Bud (Lisa), John, Jennifer (Jonathon), Todd (Monica), Catherine (Jeffrey), Lucreta (Mark) and Scott (Aimee); and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Christopher, Brandi, Sarah, Ariel, Cody, Matthew, Austin, April, Travis, Kristina, Ashley, Daphne, Mariann and Dustin. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
