He is survived by: his significant other Jeanne "Magic" Black; his children, Richard Leggett, Jr. (Michelle), Christopher Leggett (Alex) of Bremerton and Shannon Leggett Mowbray of Essington, PA; and his siblings, Ruth, Robert (Helen), Roger (Kitty) and Rita. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
