He was predeceased by : his parent Chauncey; his former life partner Georgia McDonald; and his brother Roger McDonald of Oakland, CA.. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Simmons of Naches, WA.; and his children, Merritt Elizabeth (Roger) of Sammamish, WA, Jeff McDonald of Rodeo, CA, Carmen Pulotu (Sione) of Suffolk, VA and Adam McDonald (Alesha) of Bonney Lake, WA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Volunteer Firefighters Association.
