It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Spencer Penn Jr. (Buckley, Washington), born in Forks, Washington, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Rebecca Penn and Ronald Penn Sr.; his children, Alfred Penn, Rayna Penn, Rebecca Elkins-Penn, Pamela Penn, Justine Penn and Layla Penn; and his siblings, Richard Penn, Susan Starr and Catherine Penn.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Weeks' Funeral Home (451 Cemetery Rd, Buckley, WA 98321). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Muckleshoot Shaker Church (16407 SE 392nd St, Auburn, WA 98092).
