Fox (Carson, Washington), born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her mother Janice Fox of Madras; her sister Nikki Tate of Sandy; her children, Mckenzie Small and Dylan Fox of Sandy; her nieces, Audessie Tate and Meda Tate; her nephew Robert Tate of Sandy; and her close friend Monique Huff of Redmond. She is also survived by her best friend, her only sister, three nieces and her nephew.
