He is survived by : his wife Patti of Chehalis, Washington; his sister Deeann Forrester of Ventura, California; his daughters, Roni Sue Fisher of Ventura, California and Tisha Lee Fisher of Ventura, California; and his stepdaughter Kristen Rosalie McKee of Morton, Washington. He is also survived by his two granddaughters; two grandsons; and five great-grandsons.
