He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Jay (Eydie). He is survived by: his father Edward Jay; his siblings, Larry Jay and Kelly Vanasse; and his siblings' children, Makayla Vanasse, Kaytlyn Vanasse and Garrett Jay. He is also survived by numerous Aunts; Uncles; and cousins.
