Vernon, Susan James of Mercer Island, Mike James of Chelan and Linda Nelson (Kevin) of Woodinville; his siblings, Bill James (Joyce) of Lincoln, California, Bob James (Carol) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Kathy Canclini (Mitch) of Aurora, Colorado; his sisters-in-law, Rosemary James of Seattle and Nancy Flower of Powhatan; his brother Richard James; and his daughter-in-law Marci James. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
