He is survived by : his children, Calvin Burlingame, Kevin Burlingame of Colfax and Darci Burlingame of LaConner, WA; his sisters, Lee Thomas and Ila Baltrusch (Roger); and his grandchildren, Justine Hardgrove, Heather Hardgrove, Heidi White, Katie Rohrich, Deana Celli, Cody Rohrich and Matthew Burlingame. He is also survived by his 17 great grandchildren.
