He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazen Hatley and Edna Maxwell Hatley; and his sister Vera May Hatley. He is survived by: his sons, Tobby Hatley of Spokane, WA, Mickey Hatley (Annette) of Keizer, OR and Tim Hatley (Rachel) of Seattle, WA; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Jewell (Scott), Benjamin Hatley, Todd Hatley, Wyatt Hatley and Barry Hatley.
