He is survived by: his spouse Sarah Ambacher; his children, Tristan of Genesee, Evan of Genesee, Brenna McDonald of Genesee and Wyatt McDonald of LaFayette; his parents, Dennis McDonald of Colfax and Julie Wells of Diamond; and his sisters, Lisa Aase, Colfax Shafer, Amber Shafer and Alicia McDonald. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
