It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loraine E Scaggs (Colfax, Washington), who passed away on March 29, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Broeckel and Bertha Broeckel (Ottmar); and her brother Harold Broeckel. She is survived by : her children, Laurie Pitt (Bill) of Las Vegas, NV, Loren Scaggs of Dusty, WA, Larry Scaggs (Karen) of Tehachapi, CA and Lindsay Scaggs of Parker, CO; and her grandsons, Dallas and Dalton Scaggs.

Memorial donations can be made to the Dusty Cemetery or the Country Bible Church.
