He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Taylor and Mary Taylor; his sister Carole; his grandsons, Mylze and Jude; and his daughter Tanya.

He is survived by: his wife Annette Davis; and his children, Blaise, Justin, Rhani and Erin. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and two great granddaughters.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Colfax or to the Disabled Veterans National Foundation, PO Box 96648, Washington, D.C., 20090.
