He was predeceased by : his parents, Bertha Braun and Walter Braun; and his brother Bill Braun. He is survived by : his wife Patty; and his sons, Rod Braun (Sharron), Ryan Braun (Sandi) and Troy Braun (Heidi). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
